MailLink provides intelligent routing, notification, and approval of work requests using your existing e-mail system. Maintenance customers can enter new work requests through MailLink using all of the functionality available in MAXIMO® Software. Work requests are then automatically routed through e-mail using configurable route lists while status updates are sent to requestors via e-mail. Additional features include:
